Mika was raised in Kyoto and started baking as a child. She later studied business in the United States and shaped Kumo around a love of Japanese desserts and thoughtful hospitality.
Kumo Cake Studio grew from a simple idea: share Japan through cake, coffee, and thoughtful hospitality. The result is a menu that feels personal, focused, and easy to enjoy.
